Die Gruppe Kultur & Spielraum wurde um 1980 von Sozialpädagogen, Künstlern und Lehrern gegründet, um Kindern die Phantasie zu geben, die nötig ist, die Realität zu erobern. Sie sollen im Spiel zwanglos Neues erproben und unterschiedliche Lösungsstrategien austesten können.
